SlipFresh ("we", "our", or "us") builds software for home cooks to manage fresh ingredients effortlessly through grocery receipt scans. We believe your shopping habits and grocery slips are deeply personal. We do not sell your personal data, purchase records, or images to advertisers or data brokers.

2. What We Collect and How We Use It

When you use SlipFresh:

• Receipt Scans: Images and text captured from grocery receipts to extract perishable ingredients (fruits, vegetables, eggs) and purchase dates.
• Purchase History: Structured grocery records (store name, purchase date, item names, prices) so you can recall past grocery trips.
• Account & Waitlist Information: Your email address when you sign up for early beta access or account management.

3. Data Storage & Security

Receipt recognition and parsing prioritize on-device and encrypted transmission. We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. You retain the ability to delete your receipts and ingredient records at any time directly from the app.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or license your receipt content or grocery history to third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or retail aggregators.

5. Your Rights and Deletion Requests

You have full ownership of your data. You may request permanent deletion of your account and any associated records at any time by contacting us at privacy@slipfresh.com or hello@slipfresh.com.
